Oh. boy, boy.. Time flies so quickly. I was running around like a mad woman. So many things to do and so little time. Just wanted to let the world know I am still alive.

my new French inspired linen cushion design.

Gifts from Korea..

I love all things about French, I bought Vicki's first book when it came out and was wondering if I could translate into Korean(Yes, my first language is Korean, getting really bad at the moment, sigh~ even my hubby don't speak Korean noticed. LOL). Translating a good English book in Korean is in one of my to do lists. I will need to study Korean before I do that.(smile)

Yesterday, our postman delivered a parcel and I was surprise to find what was in the box.
Korean Version of "My French Life " It is smaller than original book, but look so adorable .
I am excited to read all my Korean Books especially " My French Life " in Korean.

These were what was in the box , all the way from Korea

Purple cover book is written by Korean Interior Decorator who travelled Provence for a month.

French Canape & chaise.

Every since I learn how to do reupholstery, I am in love chairs, old and new. Unfortunately I only learnt to do simply chair upholstery since my teacher moved away. I found this lovely canape and chaise on ebay france and wondering should I keep the fabric or change it if these were mine.

It's lovely as is and very cheerful..
What do you think?
Would you change it or keep the fabric??

Finally, I did it..

I love to make unique homewares, and especially made with Linen. I've been busy lately with all my ideas.. Finally I did it. I made 9 different designs of French inspired Cushion Covers. I am so very happy how they turned out. I already have an order from Local gift shop who wanted to carry my beautiful cushions..(hooray~~).

We are having a very wet winter this year in Melbourne, not to mention very cold too.
I love browsing French ebay.. and etc..

I so very much want this Louis style Bed.

China Cabinet Make Over..

I have collected so many many old china over the years. I just finished this cabinet for my china collections. The cabinet was originally used for TV cabinet.. It came out pretty good, Don't you think?

My Bedroom with the new pillows I made..

I personally love the white furnitures but my bedroom has no white whatsoever, since Mr. chic is not a big fan of white anyway. But I get to add some of my favorite elements such as pink lamps , white pillows.. etc.. My bedroom is not that big .. Just for a bed and two side table.

I love linen and French words, so I made my own accent pillows using two elememts.

My little girl's CLEAN room..

My little Princess is almost 10 years new, she is pretty good at organizing, but her bedrooms gets always MESSY..(grrrr) We cleaned up her bedroom together.
Now, we need to clean up her closet... grrrrrrrrr...
